Elise Palacios is a licensed real estate agent with the Brooke Team at eXp Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Connecticut. She combines real-world experience with a business-minded approach, helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
She started her first business at 11 and purchased her first investment property at 20. Since then, she’s built a portfolio of flips, rentals, and a luxury short-term property in the Bahamas. Elise has been featured twice on HGTV’s House Hunters—and future clients may even have the chance to share their own buying journey on the show!
Elise is also the co-founder of REinvest Real Estate, a coaching and training community helping agents grow businesses and build long-term wealth. She works closely with agents on the Brooke Team as a mentor, helping them scale with intention.
Whether working with clients or training agents, Elise brings a fun, energetic style that makes the process feel collaborative, focused, and rewarding.
When she’s not working with clients or speaking at events, she’s likely traveling, scuba diving, skiing, or enjoying the outdoors
