Joe Cafasso
Joe Cafasso is a licensed real estate agent with Brooke Team at eXp Realty. Licensed in 2004, Joe had brought a high tech real estate experience to consumers throughout New Haven County.
Specializing in from Hamden to Orange, as well as the towns surrounding that market, Joe has been a leader in the industry ensuring his transactions maintain the highest level of professionalism possible.
Joe holds a BS in Corporate Communication and a minor in Computer Science from Southern CT State University. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Joe worked in higher education/Information Technology at Southern CT State University, Sacred Heart University, and Yale Law School. After Yale Law School, Joe opened a technology consulting company focusing on small businesses, primarily Real Estate and Mortgage.
During the recession, he also opened a construction company focusing on clients who purchased homes using renovation loans. Joe worked as the general contractor ensuring projects were finished in a timely manner and met lender guidelines.
When he isn’t selling homes, Joe is spending time with his two sons, Robert and William or riding motorcycles with his wife Jenn.
