Nick DeLuca is a licensed real estate agent with Brooke Team at EXP Realty. He is a Connecticut native who’s earned a bachelor's degree in Biology and a Masters degree in Education from Central Connecticut State University.
Nick utilizes his background in education to keep his clients informed while smoothly guiding them through the buying and selling process. He loves building relationships with clients and feels that a good relationship coupled with clear communication can take the stress out of buying or selling a home.
Outside of work Nick enjoys spending time with his three young children, getting his hands dirty at his family farm, fishing and playing softball.
