Adam Karpf brings a proven track record of leadership and growth to the Brooke Team at eXp Realty. His career began in the hospitality industry, where he rose from busboy to Director of Operations, leading restaurants in major markets like Chicago, Dallas, and Detroit.
After more than a decade in hospitality, Adam transitioned to real estate, serving as Business Development Director for Michigan’s largest independent brokerage. Over five years, he built systems, supported agents, and drove growth that helped both the company and its agents reach new levels of success.
Now as Director of Sales for the Brooke Team at eXp Realty, Adam combines his people-first leadership style with deep sales expertise to help agents scale their businesses and deliver unmatched service to clients.
