I never write reviews but for Denzell i had to make an exception. ... I called Denzell 1 month prior to making a huge move from FL to CT in the hopes he could help my partner and I find a nice affordable apartment that would also accept our small dog. We weren't able to travel out to see any of the options because of the pandemic so Denzell went above and beyond going to showings and sending us detailed videos of what the places looked like so we could get a feel for it. He was also honest and up front about our chances for getting certain places as there were sometimes other people interested in the same place. But once we found a place we liked, Denzell kept open lines of communications through text, calls, and emails with us to keep us up to date with our application and how to direct us so we could have our lease ready to go by move in date. The move was STRESSFUL but I honestly could not thank Denzell enough for all the work he put in and making this possible for us. Read more
