Lou Raven Real Estate is the best there is! As first-time homebuyers in 2021, we chose Lou to represent us as buyers and (again as new to the process) had endless questions that were answered promptly and professionally. We were looking to move quickly and Lou had us looking at homes and under contract within a week. When it come's to inspections and negotiations, Lou is particular and it's clear that he takes the time to review each report and not only ensure that the home is a good investment, but also assist the buyer in receiving repair credits that they deserve while being transparent with buyer's expectations. Lou is also more than happy to provide contact information for vetted home improvement technicians for all possible needs so you're off to a good start immediately for any repairs the home requires. His integrity is clear and by no means will he push a sale just for the sake of the sale - he will do all in his power to ensure the best investment for his clients and that clients are supported every step of the transaction. Further, after an unexpected job relocation that caused us to move out-of-state with less than 2 years in the home, there was no question that we would choose Lou to represent us again now as sellers. Our home was built in the mid 80's with original windows, wood siding, and no central AC. Listing a home in January, we for sure thought our listing would be active for a few months at least. However, with Lou's stellar marketing and resources, we listed our home on a Friday and were under contract the following Monday for nearly a 40k over asking offer. Lou's negotiating skills shined again as unrealistic buyer repair requests dwindled down to near nothing in comparison to the original request. As we were making a relatively long-distance move, Lou wasn't able to represent us in our new home state but he took the time to locate and interview an agent for us!! This was such an unexpected service he provided and just goes to show how much care and attention he puts towards his clients even with no or minimal benefit to him. Whether you're buying or selling, Lou Raven Real Estate is best choice for your representation in one of the biggest and most important transaction of life. Thank you Lou! Read more

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Lou Raven and the Brooke Group Team at Keller Williams Realty for your part in making my “Forever Home” dream come true! I met Lou after asking for more information on a property. This being my 4th time buying a property I have to say this was the most positive real estate transaction i’ve had. The recent purchase could not have happened without Lou’s level of knowledge and real estate expertise. The dedicated, respectful, courteous and professional manner in which you facilitated the entire purchase process made the home-buying experience a very positive and memorable experience! Lou gave me excellent advice and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's a terrific realtor to work with and I can now say I count him as a friend. THANK YOU LOU for everything, especially the wonderful housewarming gift. Read more
