Tania Kuchansky is a licensed real estate agent with the Brooke Team at eXp Realty. Having lived in Connecticut for the past 10 years, she has a deep appreciation for the local communities and is passionate about helping families find the perfect place to call home.
As a proud Ukrainian immigrant, Tania understands the unique characteristics of Connecticut’s communities. She holds a degree in physics and has a strong background in banking, giving her a keen analytical mindset and financial expertise that help guide her clients through the buying and selling process.
As a mother of two, she knows the importance of finding the perfect home for every stage of life. Her ability to speak Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, and English allows her to assist a diverse range of clients with confidence and care.
Outside of real estate, Tania enjoys beach walks with her family and traveling to new places, always looking for new experiences to share with her loved ones.
